Welcome to my new website.

My name is Tim Burke and I'm a native of Savannah, Georgia. I've been playing music on the local Savannah scene with many of our topflight musicians for 35 years. I play a number of string instruments including the fiddle and guitar but I am primarily a bassist.  Although I have done some traveling with various groups, I prefer to perform in and around Savannah.

I've written a number of original songs and have recorded several albums (CDs). Besides original music, my repertoire includes music from the 70s to the latest hits. You can find me doing anything from laid back solo gigs to fast-paced rock and roll with various bands..
